I'm Caroline Morrow, an integrative couples therapist working with couples across the UK who are stuck in conflict, who've lost trust, feel disconnected, or are afraid they've waited too long.
I specialise in helping couples who've tried everything on their own and are ready to try something different. Not generic one-size-fits-all couples therapy, but real, deep work that gets underneath the surface and provides lasting change.

I don't use a generic script. Every couple’s relationship is different, and you have your own unique shared and personal histories. Therapy is tailored to you from the very start, so you get the best results from our time together.
My integrative approach means I am qualified to use a range of disciplines to structure the therapy to what will get the best results. I adapt the work as we go, so each session stays focused on what is most relevant for you.

I offer both 60 and 90-minute sessions, so we can choose what works best for you. Longer sessions give us time to go deeper when needed.

Online & UK-Wide
No awkward waiting rooms or time spent traveling to sessions. Therapy is held via secure video-call. All you need is a private space and an internet connection. It's just as effective, and often more comfortable.

Here's exactly what happens if you decide to move forward:
Pre-Therapy: Free 30-Minute Introductory Session
We’ll talk, and you can share what's been happening. I'll ask initial questions to understand where you are, and I'll let you know if I can help you.
Step 1: Assessment & Goals
In our first paid session, we identify what's happening in your relationship and agree on clear goals for therapy. I’ll also share my proposed roadmap for our time together.
Step 2: Understanding the Pattern
We explore the emotions, beliefs, and relational history driving your disconnection or conflict. This is where most couples have their "lightbulb moments" - when the pattern finally makes sense.
Step 3: Change & Repair
You’ll learn new ways to communicate, repair after arguments, reconnect, and how to move forward with emotional resilience. Progress happens at this moment.
Couples can see meaningful change within 2 months of therapy. Some choose longer-term work. There's no minimum commitment. We work together for as long as it's helping.
